Hacking Latest Luma3ds and game title update errors

so far i'm enjoying my n3dsxl with luma3ds installed but i'm having an issue with game title updates.
some games i have tried which prompt my 3ds to say there is an update available are giving me errors. the update downloads and then i get the error message and the 3ds asks if i would like to download the game update or play game.
any help would be great guys, it would be great to get game title updates working.

You're trying to install an update for an out of region title, which you can't do with the eShop. You'll have to find the update CIAs elsewhere or install the games for your region.

thats the thing though. the games in question are (E) release and my region is Europe. at least i can download the updates as cia files from wiiusbhelper and install them with fbi i guess.

Hmm. Did you get the games you're trying to update from the CDN as well, or did you get them from a third-party? Also, check this out. It's not as cumbersome as USB Helper.

some were from various so called naughty sites and one disware title was from the no intro dsiware set which i converted from nds to cia.
