I believe you can't because linking isn't implemented yet, plus such implementation should be difficult to achieve without the needed hardware.
An alternative is to trade them with No$gba using Lameboy's .sav file.

it isn't implemented because it can't be implemented. Unless the game is compatible to the DS's local wireless (which the answer is no) or the author of lameboy somehow was able to immitate the old linkcable (which I still have in my drawer), nah i don't think it's possible
