Homebrew Question Lakka retroarch ps2 not woking

Ps2 core is not running any games try to play. I heard tht the ps2 core that was included is fake. Is that true?

All I know is games don't run right. So it's a waste of time.

New core: Play! PS2 emulator (experimental, quite slow for now)

I wouldn't bother. Likely that a single game will never run anywhere close to full speed.
