KunaiGC cannot update files on Gmaecube

I place the swiss.dol and kunailoader.dol into the KUNAIGC folder on the root of the SD card, then access the kunaimenu, but I can't see files displayed under the update files option, so I can't update the internal flash.

It's solved, after changing input port from slot B to slot A, files to be update have displayed under the update files option. It may be the hardware problem on my console.

I also got a KunaiGC a while now, but want to update it since I got a gameboy player and I hope to improve the rather poor quality.
Now my KunaiGC seems to be stuck on the old version and hope you might help me.
So I can find the files I put on the SD card and I can execute the Kunailoader. But after I cut the power, took the card out and started it anew, it still says Version 1.0. Did you have this problem too?
