do I need neutos or is Kosmos working with tinfoil when I have sigpatches from Haruko?

Best wishes.

Tinfoil does not like the Atmosphere boot style from Kosmos and needs sigpatches (not provided by Kosmos).

And for OFW 10+ only, it needs the NeutOS style patches for the loader sysmodule.

So use NeutOS unless you want to modify Kosmos's atmosphere boot style, and then apply 3 different sets of patches to it.
