As I don't know you personally on GBAtemp, I don't know what to ask as a user here, so I should ask personal question to know you a little, feel free not to answer.
1. Do you have any real life friend(s), or do you keep them away not to get attached?
2. Do you have sibling?
3. If yes, are they also affected by the decease, is it genetically transmitted?
4. If they are, did you already lost someone? (that may be why you don't want to get attached to people/pet/other). I think it's best not to get attached anyway. (illness or not but that's my personal opinion).
5. Is there a possibility that doctors find a remedy in the future?
6. Do you visit other forum than GBAtemp?
7. Did you find friends/close users here?
8. If you think life is too short, are you doing a lot of things you like to profit and experienced it, or do you think it's no use to do them?
I just wanted to know you a little, but I'm not very sociable myself and don't get attached to others. so like I said, don't answer if you don't want.
Nice to see you here Cyan, I see you all the time on this site, and I must say you've always stricken me as a no-nonsense person (minus EoF) like myself.
1. Both, I have two, but I'm not very attached to either, and don't want to be.
2. A brother and (long time dead) sister.
3. I'm the only one in my family. It is a genetic disease, but it can lie dormant for several generations at a time. I just got unlucky.
4. N/A, but I agree it's best not to get too attached.
5. Sure, just like there's a possibility cancer, aids, and the common cold will have a OTC cure.
6. None for socializing, only other forums I go to are for games I play. You'll find me on Rusty Hearts's forums once OB releases.
7. I really can't answer that.
8. I never said I think it's too short. But the latter choice between those two anyway.
PS - I know you're not very sociable, it was pretty obvious as you're in almost every forum here I go to, and I read your posts everytime I see them. You just get right to the point, and very very rarely actually want to "bond" with others, that's one reason I see you as a very authority figure here.
PSS - I have no clue what it's from, but I've always liked your avatar. It seems to fit your overall attitude here well.
