Decent ost, more like gritty background music from the genesis. It is an advancing roguelike, where the purpose is to mutate and defeat the 'nuclear throne'.

Why did you pick this game? (IMHO, it's a decent game, but honestly: it's a pretty run-of-the-mill kind of game. It has the basic things you'd expect, but imho even the mutating is just there to make it stand out "just so it stands out").
