No, lol xD You're not understanding the limitations of Action Replay codes.

Every move has an associated animation with it. It's what you actually see when you or your opponent uses the move. If the move and its animation aren't already in the game, you cannot use Action Replay codes to add them to Roxas.

And you cannot change a costume to something else if it is not already in the game.

Action Replay codes cannot add content to a game. They can only alter already existing content.

ahh well ic hm...since theres the animation for zangetsuken and others cant we add more health bars to his life and more moves from soras moves would that work out, and if it did would be quite interesting challenge

I think you're not understanding how this works, adding more health COULD be possible, adding more moves, while possible, would be a major pain.The animation is not made for that model.
Even if its possible, Good luck finding someone willing to spend weeks, maybe even months doing this, because you decided that the final boss is too easy, maybe you should try the game's actual secret boss btw?

lol ripped the secret boss on lvl80 system area very fast acually was a dissapointing boss was hoping for more..but i guss not..but terra is fun in Kingdom hearts 2 final mix

just make another event

We just need to edit the max amount of HP Roxas (Or any other boss) has...
It should be possible, but I have no Idea of where that address might be.. :S

I can make a health bar cheat in a few seconds with a fuzzy search...
