I was going around looking for same replacement cases and came across KickGaming. I checked out their replacement cases and saw that they were selling 2 newly added cases to their site:

You guys should know about the Zelda Tri-Force one already as it is being sold at DealExtreme. But they have one that isn't at DealExtreme but is being sold here.

I forgot the official name of the case, but remember someone wanting it. Anyways, it's here. They are selling it for $19.95 USD (or $54.06 CAD).

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)
