Gaming KH: BBS International?

So I was wondering if there is such thing as KH: BBS International? or Is it the same as 'Final Mix'?

and the guy said on the info

This one is International only and he is definitely the hardest boss in the game.

so I am just wondering if there is such thing as international version of KH BBS?

I think that by International he means the western version.
The Final Mix version which is coming next year will have everything in the western release and more.

So your saying, Mysterious Figure can be fought on US retail version? I haven't advance in the game quite far yet so I don't know really.

Yes you can, you have to beat the other secret boss before you can fight this one though.
