Even if it ran - which it wouldn't because it's a completely different app that has been written over H&S, the app wouldn't have the necessary privileges to actually install the .cia. So it would be pretty much pointless.

I personally believe that there will eventually be a kernel exploit for 9.3+ but I think it'll take awhile. Everyone also said there would never be any more exploits that allowed homebrew but look where we are now.

Regardless of firmware I think someone will find a way someday. Until then people really need to calm down over the slightest bits of news. Its like were all running around yelling "HALF LIFE 3 CONFIRMED"
