AFAIK it's like Wii WADs, but with version checking. If the CIA has lower version it wont install but we can remove the CIA and then install older version. My worry is if the 3DS hangs during this, we're fucked.

If you have a N3DS with a hardmod then maybe you could in the future but if you don't then no, because:

• It could brick your 3DS
• I already have a hardmodded PAL O3DS

An hardmod is a modding of the 3DS to access the NAND chip and being able to read it and overwrite it

A hard mods makes it so you can back up your nand. Incase something goes wrong
