Hacking kernel 1.17 help

Hey,i have a few questions.

1st.i order my ttds but i havent got it yet so i firgured i get some answers before it comes in the mail

2nd.so i downloaded the kernel 1.17 and it got 3 files. do i put all three into my ttds?? or do i only put two of them in??

3rd. if i do have to put the third one in,,what does it do??

TTMenu folder and TTMENU.DAT go into the root of the micro sd card. Your games should be put into a seperate folder in the root directory, you can call tis folder games or anything else you prefer to call it.
Suggest you use V1.17a07

The third file he's talking about is a folder containing various minutiae like the usercheat.dat file and the skin folder. That, too, must be present on the TF card in order for the DSTT to work correctly.

So,then i should add all three for better stuff?

should i just download what the guy said(the first guy who posted after me????)????/
