Hacking Keeping my Wii up to date?

I have a softmodded wii. 4.2U. I modded it a few months ago and haven't done anything with it but play games since.

What's the general strategy for keeping it up to date with the latest and greatest version of IOSs etc..?

ex.

How do I update to menu 4.3(or newer ones)?
How do I get the latest IOS or cIOS needed for the latest games?
How do I get the newer shop channel? Just this?(http://wiibrew.org/wiki/WiiSCU)

just to answer you questions:
1. it depends on what will system menu 4.3 will be.
2. dop-ios or nusd for official ios. for cios revision, always log-in to gbatemp.
3. yes.
