FIXED! Kabelnoord ISP banned

No matter how many times I reset my IP, I'm IP banned from gbatemp at home (at uni right now). Thus, I conclude that simply the ISP is banned. What should I do to get unbanned?

Yeah, probably DNS shenanigans, no problems with Ziggo here.

Apparently, it seems to have been solved either yesterday or today. I have tried to visit GBATemp every few days since I PM'd Costello a while back and it seems to have been fixed, thanks!
