Hacking K3DS

I recently found out about the K3DS flashcart. It seemed relatively cheap and was able to play both DS and 3DS games (according to the website). So, I would like to ask has anyone used this and can approve of it's legitimacy. Also if you have used this before, I would like to ask whether or not this works on the latest version-V9.9.

Yes, how dare they not look into their crystal ball and nullify Nintendos future anti piracy measures. I don't even own a Sky3ds and i'm infuriated with the company.

I'm well aware that this is sarcasm, but they really should have expected some kind of anti piracy technique to surface that'd block their card.

Nope. It's exactly the same as sky3ds. But it includes a dsmode flashcard in bonus

I'm sorry for being such a noob but would this 'clone' actually be worth buying since it is 1/2 the price of sky3ds + r4i.
I saw a couple reviews on r4gateway.com saying that it worked great. Then again i'm not sure if r4gateway is legitimate.

Problem with that logic is that people will no longer want to support their product because they abandoned their previous customers. It will affect sales because they'll have a bad reputation and they won't be recommended by their previous customers because they were screwed by them in the past.

It could work..but it also could broke/stop working after a month.. who knows!.. how much is it? I saw it for 89$ somewhere..if its the case, for a little more tou can get the sku3ds, atleast eith a sky3ds you're sure its gonna work.
