Im sorry For alot of questions guys, but Ive been away alot and well now that im back, Ive been wanting to play for example, SSB online with friends, but to do so I need to make a different header, so to get this straight, I just need to enter random numbers on the header application and hope it works?

Nope, that won't work.

Look for a public header, use a prepatched 3DZ ROM or do it that way:

1.) Dump one of your original cartridges (anything will work) using Gateway.
2.) Use this to extract the header.
3.) Use the same tool to inject your dumped header into your 3DS ROM.
4.) Choose one of three chip manufacturers. Most of the times Macronix will work - if it doesn't, try the other 2 options.
5.) Rename your patched ROM from .3ds into .3dz

That's all! ;)
