Gaming Just Played a Hacked COD:MW2 Game?

It was really weird :/
I went and played an online game, and got sent to a "hacked game"..
It was a Team Deathmatch game.
You start off at level 0.
Each time you kill someone you increase your level by one, and your gun gets upgraded.
When you reach level 40, you get a nuke and your team wins O.o

When I quit I saw that I got some new stuff.. Almost everything was unlocked :/

So, did anyone encounter a game like this?
And how do you make a game like this?

oh those lobbies are the "fun" lobbies .
if you played MW2 cracked online , there's a lot of em similar to that .
i've read about Gun Game on MW2 , but haven't tried it yet .

It wasn't ripped off, in fact CS:S didnt make "Gun Game"
