I know you cannot update via disc not your region, but is it ok to update with WiFi? Is it ever possible for Nintendo to block modchips?

I am going to install it soon, hope it doesn't break my Wii....

nice chip wiikey 2, yeah install it you shouldn't have any issues!
Yeah Nintendo could block modchips wit a menu update, similar to the 001, 002 error.

i guess I will Have to come back here everytime I want to update to see what it will do.

The installation doesn't seem to hard as long as I follow a tutorial, but there is always a possibility of slipping up...
