Gaming just got a 360

just got an xbox 360 this afternoon,no manual with it though!!...do i just connect a usb from the 360 to my pc i transfer mp3's/files

No I don't know how you would transfer MP3's because i never need to but I'm sure you can't do that.

You can rip audio CDs to the 360, or stream them to the 360 by using it as a Windows Media Center Extender. From what I understand you cannot use a USB cable or USB drive.

As far as I can tell, it'll work as long as it's fat32 formatted. ntfs doesn't work.
You can always try, it won't break. When you're inside the video section, hit x to change the source (location to read the media).
