Hacking Just Dance 4 Store Error?

Hello! My wii is hacked! I got Just Dance 4 Special Edition on vacation and wanted to download Gangnam Style for Wii. So I got the wad for free songs and upgraded my Wii. The wad was PAL and my wii setting is on Argentina. My Wii is 4.3u and was hacked by Letterbomb- if that helps. But no matter what, Just Dance 4 Store wont work! It's disappointing. The wad for Just Dance 3 worked, I'm just wondering why my Just Dance 4 store wont work. It just says Error Code: 206710 No content is currently being distributed for purchase or re-download. HELP?!?! Thank you!
