How did you guys get this game now that the USB helper is gone?
In my case, I'm downloading everything from uTikDownloadHelper. Never managed to use Wii U Download Helper. I bought my Wii U recently too, so I'm new to the scene, and I'm experimenting a lot, with some great results for some stuff, and not so great with other. Japanese Wii U is a headache for people that want to play games in english, and not the incomprehensible Japanese Kanjis...
My main goal is to acquire the maximum of original discs (NTSC-J) that run english language some way or other. The games that are impossible to play in english, I'm downloading from uTik.
So far, the Japanese with English support games are:
-By Default (can be set in the game options screen):
Bayonetta 2 (Full english)
Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor's Edge (Full english)
Wonderful 101 (Full english)
Bayonetta 1 (On Screen messages in Japanese, Option Menus in Japanese, Menu between Chapters in Japanese, CG subtitles English, Audio English)
-Using Spiik (needs hacked Wii U):
Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze (Full english)
Bayonetta 1 (Full english)
Zelda Hyrule Warriors (Full english)
Zelda Twilight Princess (Full english)
Those are the games I own an original disc. The rest are downloaded from uTik. I wish I could buy all original, but no English support at all is a no no to me. Nintendo shot their own foot... Damned region lock! I'm trying to import the New Super Mario Bros. U (NTSC-U) to test with CFW region free, but I'm pretty sure that the game will freeze in the splash screen: for some reason, the Wii U seems to refuse to start NTSC-U games through Spiik app, if the game is made by Nintendo itself: Star Fox Zero freezes (the NTSC-U downloaded from uTik), Mario Kart 8 freezes, Captain Toad freezes, and even some non-nintendo games freezes, like Xenoblade Chronicles X. Have to use the crap Loadiine to play these games.
