I'm close to start working on the downgrade, but i just checked the requirements for rxtools

A working 3DS web browser OR a way to use Ninjhax OR a Gateway flashcard
A DS flashcard only if your system is on 4.X or 6.X and you have no web browser

Does 9.2 have the working web browser? because if isn't i don't have any of the other requirements.

Your downgrade will include a working web browser on 9.2.

Well good news i did the downgrade. Now i'll do the rxtools guide...but if i have to be honest. i'm kinda afraid. It looks very hard or easy to screw up-

Guys i just noticed i've lost my access to Menuhax, is that normal?

Also i know the rxtools says the menuhax launch changes but it doesn't boot at all. Also i can't enter browserhax

Depending on your 3DS model you may want to consider options other than Rxtools. For N3DS I recommend ReiNAND (because AuReiNAND uses 10.4 FIRM so you lose access to NTR, which gives you region free and cheats) or Cakes. For O3DS Rxtools is fine and has 100% boot rate on O3DS (for me and people I know anyway), and it comes with built in region free.

My boot rate was terrible thats why I switched to a9lh lol

beg to differ, i use aureinand and it works perfectly with the ntr cfw. It also has great compatibility with a9lh

Well i only have an O3DS so guess i wioll use Rxtools

The problem is, rxtools doesnt have good a9lh compatibility if ur into that. Aureinand boots nand and emunand with sig patches.

Does that mean it uses 10.2 FIRM? The release thread said it supported 10.4 so I thought that's what it used.
so which is the best CFW for a O3DS that is not hard to use and get me most of usability?
IMO Rxtools is the best for O3DS, but it's a bit of a pain in the ass to set up. Cakes is nice too because of the menu at the beginning, which I think is better than using splash screens. Not sure about Rei on O3DS. I installed Rxtools on my O3DS in November, so this was before downgrading from 9.3+ was a thing. Once downgrading via homebrew on 9.3-10.3 became available I downgraded my mom's O3DS and put Rxtools on that as well. If you're not going to use arm9loaderhax then Rxtools should be fine.

Ok people i have a problem now, i tried running rxtools but says it can't load the paywall but the code.bin is in the right place.

Well as far as i can say it seems that rxtools is fully working right now. Thanks to Lacius and Christopher Suarez for all the help they give.
