Umm there is a certain game i like from that iso site but its only US while im in EU. Can i play non localised games and if so how? Do i just install them like usual?

depends on your cfw, if its rxtools you can just install like any other game. if its one of the other cfw's you'll need free multi patcher

I got rxtools so i just dont give a damn and enjoy life to its fullest?

indeed just install it as any other cia, rxtools does the regionfree patching at bootup
