ROM Hack JUS editing tools?

Are there any tools specifically made for editing/translating Jump Ultimate Stars out there? Google yielded only a possible sprite editor, and I'm hoping to modify text and menu graphics.

I don't know any Japanese, but I would like to fix some of the translation errors (ie "Round y for deathmatch!!") and edit the menu screens and icons into english.

I was hoping you could translate those pop-up screens (those things that show what you won/unlocked). Or fix the problem with the squished Japanese.

Thanks! I now have the bolded objects, and have started looking around. I've managed to find and start cleaning up some of the tutorial text. Any chance you could point me towards more text? Maybe the mission requirements?

EDIT: Nevermind. Found em. Managed to clean up all the tutorials so far. So far so good.
