Gaming Jump Ultimate stars won't open! Using DSTT

I'm using a DSTT, when i click on Jump ultimate stars, thee 2 screens on my DS turns white, and never change to anything else, and I have to restart my DS, but why is this problem happening? what am i doing wrong? all i did was download jump ultimate stars from NDASH and applied the rom with the english patch, then i tried, it didn't work, so please tell me how to solve this problem, it will be appriciated
