That site has the menu and the first tutorial translated I think.
Once I get my DS and all my stuff in for it I will see about translating more of it, despite not knowing Japanese. I just hope gamefaq is as detailed as people say they are.
If anyone would like to take a stab at it just use something like dslazy to extract the original rom file, then find a hex editor that supports unicode so that you can see Japanese characters. Once you get that far it is just a matter of finding someone who knows japanese to translate it or you can try and crappy automated computer translation
