I have a brand new OLED switch and the Joycon Rail screw is not coming out. I am using a Phillips 00 screwdriver from the IFIXIT kit. I also tried the JIS000 head and I feel no resistance turning it counter clockwise, clockwise I can feel loads of resistance. The screw on the other side came out easy and I am at a loss. Does anyone here have any advice on how I can remove this stupid screw?
