I'll hold the pairing button, it'll (sometimes) show up on the BlueTooth devices list, but when I click to connect, it just waits a bit then says "We didn't get any response from the device. Please try connecting again." every time. How do I fix this?

Thank you to anyone for any and all information pertaining to my issue.
