In trying to dump the OFW saves to my CFW emummc and I cannot find the saves after dumping - only finding older saves for botw. This is my process:

Booting OFW then saving BOTW save file

Booting into emuMMC

Opening JKSV and dumping all saves

When I check botw saves to restore a save to my emuMMC, JKsv does not find anything except really old saved from months ago

As far as i know, OFW and emuMMC are completely seperated.
When you start JKSV on your emuMMC (a file or partition on your SD card), it only looks at the save files on the emuMMC.
In order to get your hands on the save files form the OFW (on the internal sysNAND emmc),
You need to dump the sysNAND with Hekate and use something like HacDiskMount to get them out from the dump.

You can edit them and use JKSV to put them on your emummc.
Putting them back on your OFW would involve using your sysNAND dump, adding the files to that image and flash back the dump to the sysNAND with Hekate.

You will have to run CFW on your sysMMC and then dump the game saves. Running homebrew on sysMMC is mostly safe. Just don't install or modify anything and make sure your WiFi is off or you block Nintendo servers.

Edit: Or create a new emuMCC and dump it from there.

Could also make a sysmmc backup, open it up with NxNandManager and extract the saves.

For that matter could mount the sysemmc from hekate and open it with NxNandManager and extract the saves.
