OK I got it working nevermind now.
Anyone know if there is a way to shrink the screen to make it fit?
I was trying to play my favorite genesis game "shadowrun" but the screen is cropped wrong so the edges are out of view and cant see to pick dialogue choice

No, and it won't happen ever, at least not with the speed you want. Horizontal scaling is possible in jEnesisDS v0.4a (and that version ONLY) when using the "software renderer" version. Speed is slow and there's no sound, but it works.
