Open a terminal (shell doesn't really matter).
    Then type:
    Code:
    sudo apt-get install -f icedtea-web
You should get a message asking for you to provide your password. (So, do so).

Why not simply install Sun Java 6 (sun-java6-jre sun-java6-plugin)?
