Gaming Japanese Xbox360, What do i need?

Recently i picked up a 360 Dirt cheap for around 40$,

And i was wondering what do i exactly need, other than a Desktop PC in order to mod the 360.
I have read the textbook guide, and I understand the flow, but not what is exactly required.

As the modding process happened to take a lot of time, i want to make sure I Everything before I attempt anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need a desktop PC with compatible Sata chipset.
There is a new tool released by team xecuter called x360 USB pro, with which you can just flash your 360 without needing of compatible chipset. You can flash the drive with a laptop with x360 pro.
But that tool costs 60 dollars.

As for opening the 360, you can go easy and buy the opening kit for 5 dollars, or just buy a torx 10 and use a needle/other things to open the 360.
