Hacking James bond QoS gets stuck

When the intro of the second level is done playing, the wii crashes, Nothing happens the whole screen is stuck.. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I got a wiikey, 1.9s, and my wii is 3.2E. I got the PAL version of james bond, scrubbed by espallwii.

EDIT: well since nobody answered, I tried more stuff than I tried before, and now I have found that chapter select DOES work.

could be it need a new update to one or more IOS since its a fairly new game
