ROM Hack Jam Sessions Guitar Grip

Hi!
Can I use my Guitar Grip to play Jam Sessions?
I saw hack that makes possible to play GHOT with + pad.
Is there any solution to make it works in the another way? I mean use Grip to play Jam Sessions.

It's like trying use a cheat device to enable rumble in a game that isn't built for rumble: in lazy, jargonless terms, Jam Sessions wasn't even programmed with the GH Guitar Grip in mind.
The system doesn't even acknowledge it when you're playing games other than GH so it's going to be impossible to tell the system "look here at this plugin accessory that the game isn't even built for"

and being that said, jam sessions came out a year before guitar hero ds

I think it's possible with extensive ROM editing.... But that could take a long time. I mean...

1. Dump the ROM into its individual parts or whatever it's called. Find the part where you need scripting knowledge.
2. Search the ROM for the string that involves the D-Pad. Add another string from a Guitar Hero DS game that makes it recognize the grip.
3. Make a cheat that makes Jam Sessions exchange D-pad use with Guitar Grip use.

Simple in theory. Don't skip any of those steps.
