Gaming Izuna, another dungeon crawler clone?

Base on the screenshots and the skills/spells list. It looks almost exactly like pokemon mystery dungeon. Pretty much only sprites are changed.

And PMD is also a clone of a clone of a clone..., which all began from chunsoft sometime around 1990, iirc from reading on IGN.

I only started playing handheld games recently so I don't know too many games. Just opening a debate.

I currently am playing PMD and it's addictive in a weird way that I cannot describe.

So, are the developers are trying to mass produce the same game with new skins?

It was simple meant for a discussion. Not trashing anything. When games are similar, it's natural to compare them to certain degree.
You comment sound like you're dissing PMD

The "Fushigi no Dungeon" type of game has been around for ages, and it's one of my favorites.

If you're itching for a good game of this genre, try "Nightmare of Druaga" on PS2. Very very nice.

I kinda liked Chocobo's Dungeon 2 on PS1, too
