Gaming Itunes "Artwork not modifiable"

So today i was on itunes adding album artworks to my songs and i tried to add a album artwork to one song and it had that white box saying " Artwork not modifiable" so i tried playing the song and it did't even work , i tried playing the same song in windows media player and it works just not in itunes so i went and download itunes 10 ( i had a lower version of itunes 10) and i still had the same problem. Any one know a way to fix this?

I used Tag and Rename program, although its not free... it does work good you may want to check that out.
