I'm not certain which is the latest version, and i would like to know if the Pokemon Center glitch got fixed, if you could tell me if it is safe i'd appreciate it a lot.

I saved in the trainer home at the beginning of the game and it happened to me. Id say use the nightly builds. It's more safe.

BTW, you can escape the glitch even when invisible. I helped a friend edit his save a week and a half ago and he saved in a Pokemon Center. the fix was easy, all you had to do was walk around until you find the Pokemon center exit then everything will be normal once you exit.
