About me:
I´am marco, i am from austria and i own 2 Nintendo Switch, one of them runs CFW, the other one is patched.
This is my first contact with the scene and i am looking for advise to lean how to handle my Switches with care.
About my Switch´s
My unpatched switch runs Atmosphere and i use Tinfoil, Goldleaf and a Homebrew to rip Cardridges, That said, I DO NOT PIRATE ANY GAMES. The only reason i have that Cardridge ripping tool is to rip that 1 game i have on cardridge (LEGO worlds, lol). every other game i purchased from Nintendo´s online store. Therefore, i only have 1 actual switch game on my unpatched switch and all the other games on my normal one.
I bought the unpatched Switch a few months after getting the patched one, just to run Android. But then i realized there is DevolutionX by lantus (MVG) and oldscool Prince of Persia for Homebrew, and since i own both original games i just had to get that jucy homebrew.
I want to install a Modchip into my unpatched switch but i dont feel comfortable at doing so since i haven´t soldered for years now, but lets see what futurs brings.
Why i came here
Frist of all i had questions about the homebrew´s applet mode because i couldnt run the Homebrew launcher via holding R and selecting a game (problem got fixed already, thanks guys!).
Now i am simply looking for good homebrew and also for help, since i am pretty much a noob. Also i am looking for people willing to share their game backups of the games i purchased from Nintendo store but cant transfair over to my 2nd switch, but, in case thats not allowed by any forum rules or something, i apologize and u can forget the last sentence i wrote.
And yes, my JoyCon´s dont have any fancy colors
