Hacking Itouch ds .sav help

Hey guys, umm I have a question. Is it possible to send my .sav file from my games i played on no$gba to my itouch ds? i tried to do it but it still starts as a new game for the games im trying to transfer the .sav file for. hope someone is able to help me out.
