Hacking iTouch DS Firmware

I was just wondering if there were any other Firmware builds that can be run on the iTouch DS?

I have been keeping an eye on it for a few months now but there have been no updates since v3.8f for games that have been released after late September 2010 but the M3 DS Real and M3 Sakura are updated regularly.

I know the iTouch DS is made by the M3 team but have they stopped development on the iTouch DS altogether?

If anyone can shed some light on this one... Or want to tell me to stop being impatient and to stop bugging people, I would greatly appreciate it

Just went on and PM'd an Admin... They don't give any info for the iTouch. M3/G6 only apparently...

Just did some digging...

Turns out that the iTouch team released Firmware 3.9 in December but it had a bug that would render all the .nds files on the microSD card unusable.

This combined with M3 loosing all their Firmware releases has caused massive delays in producing a new Firmware update for the iTouch...

Thought i'd post this, just in case anyone else was curious.

The itouch/itouch2 are pretty much crippled flashcarts made to run games and next to zero homebrew.

Any firmware other than the itouch OS is not supported by M3 at all, because they don't want to support hacked versions of what they sell.
