Hacking It wont stop asking me to upgrade

I have an M3L and just updated to the newest firmware from the link on the m3 site. when i first put it on there, i left the old one on and just updated, but then everytime i start it up, it asks me to update again, so i removed the old one and it still asks everytime. any solutions?

delete the update file from the root of your sd card.

Do i put the one that came with the CD back on the card, or leave both off?
