So i lost all of my files in my 3DS SD Card and i know that i can recoover the system files using the format option but when i try to connect a sd card and go to Software Manager its says that it was not possible to detect any sd card i already checked the pins and it looks good maybe dust is in the sd card btw i was suffering with sd card connection problems later this year, Thanks!.
