Hardware issues with the usb device

having issues with my kingston 32 gb datatraveler to load on a usb loader, such as wiiflow or the latest usb loader. the intro music works for the game but when i press A to start the game the screen turns black and will stay that way until i hardreset the wii. the usb device works otherwise for writing over text-files and such. tried with my other kingston 4 gb datatraveler and that one works like a charm.
hows that possible when its the same label, just a different size?

have you tried reformatting it to wfbs? if not, try to do so.

ive tried it, twice. didnt work.

i will try with the option to convert iso to wbfs and put them on fat32, but i doubt that will work.

nope, didnt work. black screen.
