ROM Hack Issues with Rosalina's Plugins loader

Heya !
First of all... my apologies for my english, I'm a frenchy.

I'm used to use NTR Plugin when I play some games with NTR Boot Selector... I don't think I've to justify myself but I'll do it : I use them to avoid to loose time by farming PX on pokemon for exemple...
So, 3 days ago, I updated my o3DS, and what a surprise when I seen that NTR Boot Selector is no longer working.
After searching, I learned that Rosalina is able to launch NTR Plugin, thanks to @Nanquitas. Great ! I think... In facts, I can't try it cause I'm failing to launch my plugins.
I'm using the right way, "L+Down+Select" > Cheats..., and my plugins are in the good location (path : SD:/luma/plugins/<TitleID>/plugin.plg) But no way, According to Rosalina : "No cheats found for title <...>"
Do I something wrong ? Maybe it's a linked to the "Mode 3" of NTR Boot Selector ?
Please, Help me ^^"

I know I can ask about this in the thread of @Nanquitas, but I'm thinking my question will be lost in the 57 pages of commentaries ^^"

Luma cheats and NTR plugins are in two COMPLETELY different formats. Luma uses .txt cheats that are in the default Gateway format, while NTR uses .plg that's basically a converted format. You can't use NTR plugins with Luma and you can't use Luma cheats with NTR (but can convert them, no vice versa though).

As for why NTR won't work for you, it's because you updated your system but didn't update the homebrews. NTR needs to be updated almost every time there's a new firmware version, so grab the latest release and reinstall it: https://github.com/Nanquitas/BootNTR/releases (no need to uninstall old one, just install over it, will work just fine)

PS: There's also a homebrew named Sharkive which lets you download Luma cheats for some games from a database, but it's still new and the database is SEVERELY lacking.

PPS: Better than Sharkive, for the time being, I suggest using this repository for cheats as Sharkive took some of it's cheats from here: https://github.com/ItsDeidara/MegaNTR (In the folder "Cheats" are ones you can use with Luma, in the folder "plugins" are ones you can use with NTR). DO note though that you can't use both NTR and Luma cheats at the same time, so pick, the cheats in the archive are identical between the versions.

NTR Boot Selector works fine for me, so if you did get the one from the link I posted just now, then it's something else causing the issue. Can you explain what exactly isn't working? You have given next to no info on that, so if it's something fixable (which is 99% of the time is), you don't have to do anything troublesome.

Also, if all you really care about is to have lv100 Pokemon, why not use a save editor to get them to lv100? PKSM for example can have a Pokemon go from lv1 to 100 in literally one tap of the screen and doesn't require any hassle with backing up saves or anything, it's on the spot. Otherwise, just look for a .txt version of the plugin you are using (look for it on that repository I linked, it has most games).

Done... and nothing... the Issue is that when, after launching NTR Boot Selector, I run a game... the game is just running, without any plugin, anything happends when I push on Select... and it's since I've updated my o3DS.
I'll retry one more time.

For Lv100... I don't spoke clearely (we said "I dont spoke" or "I didn't speak" ??? ^^" sorry ) I don't want Lv100 pokemons... I'm used to generate directly with PKHeX my strategics pokemon, but I think if I use an ActionReplay code, my pokemons will be at Lv100... It's what I understood I rode a list of PR code for Ultra Moon... And I don't want it. The plugin I'm used to allow me to win more PX after a fights... with a 3 factor for exemple... I need it cause I just want to play the game and not to farm PX... I don't care about battles in the game, NPC are not interresting. But with Lv100 PKMN, the game is useless.
