ok so what i did was format my New 3ds to clear up some space before hand to check that i had luma i took out my sd card and i held start after booting it up and the menu showed up like normal, i had done this before but i forgot what i did and need a refresher because all of my files are still on the sd card but my icons are not on the home menu and i cannot use soundhax anymore because i had it updated
