Hey, I started fresh used rufus to format then used the HATS package and then upgraded through day break to 20.5.0. I load apps by running a game then holding r. Some applications say the application does not support the current ABI. I was able to get a newer version of dbi to get it working no abi error. The thing is when I try to use the self installer for tinfoil it says not support ABI and shows version 15 but it actually 20. I tried installing tinfoil v20 nsp did not work I ran the applet mode tinfoil and that booted but ran into lots of problems. I want to run tinfoil in non applet mode any suggestions? I had 20.5.0 before and it never had any mention of ABI I know that the HATS comes with sig patches I got the package from nov 20 2025. I am able to load games so the sig patch is running. I copied the old tinfoil folder when I had 20.5.0 before and it still gives errror.

I was able to get tinfoil running by putting nsp in root switch and in the install it does boot to v20 but when I try to install game it crashes I had 20.5.0 before and it installed games fine. I wiped the whole thing cause I deleted the emuname folder any suggestions? I installed sig patches 1.9.5 still issues.

it would need to an update for the latest atmosphere build. if you use the atmosphere build before the latest, it should work

Having the same problem using HATS-21112025-pack and the latest version of Tinfoil.
i too am having problems with tinfoil im on latest fw and latest atmosphere there was a version that was recompiled on this site and then it was put up at the tinfoils site as tinfoil 20v2 but this version well it launches it crashes on install and download hopefully the tinfoil devs on that site will update to a proper tinfoil 21 that actually works ill just have to wait and see what happens

Question do I need to format anything in order to use it
you just download the kefir792.zip extract it to a folder then copy and paste to your sd card when you first launch your switch you will get a updating prompt then tegra explorer will launch and automaticaly configure everything then it will reboot to your emmunand automaticaly if you want to acces hekate there will be a prompt screen that says push the - button on your switch which is volume down

Is that it what about tinfoil do I need the installer or do I need the nsp and applet version which is how I got it working last time

if you dont have tinfoil already on your switch then use the appulet version then i recommend launching sphaira and and highliting the tinfoil and install a forwarder for it well having tinfoil highlited press the x button for options it should show there an option to install a forwarder

It lives again finally got those saved files to work
How did you get it to work? I'm at the same stage you were in: new atmosphere, got tinfoil 20 installed, it launches, but it crashes upon download/install. Also i lost all my saved stores.
