Hacking Issue with transferring files to PSP.

Heya, I have a PSP model 3001 with a Memory Stick Pro - HG Duo 8GB.

When transferring files to the unit, the progress bar stalls and eventually the system disconnects from the pc.

The files somehow make it but they're corrupted and are of no use.

In the past I've loaded games on to the PSP, any time I've done so, it's been a spotty process.

Have you always used the same usb cable? That type is similar to the micro usb cord. Not all are made the same. Especially the usb cable with multiple ends, like say, a Psp Charger.

there can only be 2 issues here;

The Memory Stick [Doubt it]
The Usb Cable [99% sure that this its your issue]

Could be a bad memory card or a fake, MSPD fakes do exist. Where did you buy it?

Try disabling usb charging and see if it helps.
