I have Bootmii as an IOS and not as boot2. When I go to NAND restore, it warns me of this, and I accept. Then, it says if I'm sure I want to continue to input z+b+x+y on the gamecube controller. However, hitting any of these buttons but the a button makes bootmii go back to its main menu. What am I doing wrong?

I had this exact same problem, and was never able to fix it. Not that I need it anymore, but it would be great to know how to fix it!
