Homebrew Issue with Atmosphere

I just recently homebrewed my switch and just got melonds but every time I try to load it I get an error screen. I believe I have melons downloaded correctly, I think atmosphere is the issue.
Here's what I get when the error screen pops up-

Error Code: 2144-0001 (0x290)
Program: 0100000000001000
Firmware: 13.2.1 (Atmosphere 1.2.6-master-173d5c2d3)

any help is greatly appreciated.

I go to the album to open up hbmenu and from there I select melonds.

Don't do that. Most homebrew now (not all but most) need full ram access and going through album doesn't give you that. Hold R and launch a game, it'll launch hbmenu with full ram.

It worked. Thank you for the help even though it was a simple mistake.
